Pre-Order Processing & Shipping

When you purchase a product that's available through PRE-ORDER, here are the guidelines for payment, processing, and shipping:

  • At checkout, all payments will be processed and received IN FULL for order fulfillment.
  • During the checkout process, sign up to receive updates, notifications, and shipping expectations (for example: shipping dates, delays/updates in processing).
  • Please be advised that shipping dates are subject to change and are at the discretion/need of The Love Supply Co., LLC.
  • Once pieces are shipped, tracking numbers will then be provided and standard shipping times will apply based on the option you selected during checkout.
  • *PLEASE BE AWARE!* - If you have any other items in your bag that are not a PRE-ORDER and you want it shipped immediately we recommend that you create a separate order for those items. If not, all items will be shipped together with the PRE-ORDER items.

Communication via email is key and very important for pre-orders to run smoothly with little to no errors once items start shipping. Therefore, please make sure that your email address where you want to be contacted is accurate; we will not be able to check for accuracy once the emails start going out. Additionally, make sure to check your spam and junk mail for any emails coming from support@thelovesupplyco.com - The Love Supply Co. | Love Apparel and please add us to your address book or safe sender's list.
