Return Policy

Standard Returns or Exchanges

  • All returns will be accepted if your request is submitted via email within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Once we receive your request, a return label will be issued and you will have up to 14 days to send us your return via USPS. Items being returned must be unworn, in good condition, and in its original packaging, otherwise, it will be considered as ineligible for a return. Once we receive your return please allow up to 5 days for processing to inspect your return. Once your return has been inspected and selected as eligible for return a refund will be issued.
  • If you would like to exchange your item (i.e. received an incorrect item, item was too small/big) we ask that you return the item unworn, in good condition, and in its original packaging otherwise it will be considered unexchangeable. Exchanges will be accepted if your request is submitted via email within 7 days of you receiving your order.  Just like returns, you will have up to 14 days to send us your exchanged item via USPS.

Pre-Order Returns or Exchanges Only

  • If you would like to exchange your pre-order item because you purchased the wrong size during checkout please email us immediately at: support@thelovesupplyco.com. Once we receive your email we can process a refund for you. Although you will not receive the refund immediately you will still be able to return back to the site to order the correct size if the size you need is still available for purchase.  However, if the size needed is no longer available after you receive your refund we will issue you a store credit towards your new order/purchase.
  • If you would like to return your pre-order item after receiving it due to a sizing issue (i.e. item was too small/big) the standard return policy would  then apply; please see above for details.
