Standard Shipping and Processing

• All orders (excluding pre-orders) are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays).
• Please allow 3-4 business days (once UPS or USPS receives your order successfully) for shipping.  To guarantee that your order arrives during the allotted timeframe please make sure that your address has been entered correctly (including any apartment numbers, buildings, and abbreviations).
• Shipping time starts once the order is processed, completed, and received by USPS or UPS. Upon order completion a tracking number will be provided (this excludes pre-orders; click here for more details on pre-orders). **Note: Updates to the tracking number will come directly from USPS  or UPS once they receive your package in their system successfully.**
